When I was growing up we lived in an old farm house on a one hundred and sixty acre dairy farm. The house had been remodeled over the years. The contact paper that mom bought was the vinyl kind and it had a strong smell to it. It also had huge yellow daisies on it. She had purchased the rolls of paper on sale so there were many of them. Once we were done with the shelves she had us clean our dresser drawers and use the contact paper to line the bottom of the drawers.
