Who Needs A Commercial Food Processor
I have been working with a small Bosch food processor for many years, and it seemed to work pretty well for me. Nonetheless, I suffer from a certain disease that is pretty common to men. I always need more, bigger, better, and most importantly, more powerful. This is why I decided to get a commercial food processor. My wife doesn’t understand – or she won’t when she finds out. I have hid the commercial food processor, along with all of the other gadgets that I’ve bought recently, from her eyes. I can only keep a secret so long, however.
The thing is that I can’t resist a commercial food processor. It may seem silly to you to have such a macho attitude with regards to a food processor. After all, in terms of traditional gender roles, cooking is the domain of the female. Nonetheless, I love it. In fact, many of the great chefs are men. The commercial food processor will not make me into a great chef alone, of course, but it certainly won’t hurt. Having the right tools to do the job really matters!
You see, lately I have been missing my restaurant days. The commercial food processors was only part of the thrill of an industrial kitchen, of course. I love commercial restaurant supply. I love the bright steel counter tops and the large, spacious flat top grill, and even the deep fryers. The commercial food processor, however, was my favorite. Commercial food processors can cut through anything. You can blend up a margarita mix fit for a whole party in seconds. You can make juice, sauté onions, or purée peaches with equal ease. It is good for everything.
The best thing about the commercial food processor that I got is that it cleans so easily. Working with little food processors should be a more efficient way to do things, but it is not. It can be so hard to get in to every last nook and cranny and make sure that the whole thing is clean. With a big commercial food processor, however, If it is so easy to clean up. Basically, you spray water in it and you are done. Nothing could be easier than cleaning out that commercial food processor. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that if you haven’t used a commercial food processor you haven’t lived, but it really is great to have high-quality kitchen supplies!
